Stand-Alone TrackBack Tools

For those of you with blogging tools that can’t do TrackBacks, there are two new tools available for you:

    Speaking of trackbacks, can you ping Topicexchange automatically? For some reason, I can’t. I have to ping them using a form on their site everytime. I’m thinking it’s their bug…

    I was able to set-up my ‘stock market’ category to do automatic pings, but I had a problem with it. If I needed to modify a post after it had been published, then Topic Exchange would get pinged for each modification I made. So I stopped doing trackbacks that way & now I just paste the T.E. URL (http://topicexchange.com/t/stock_market/)in to the ‘URLs to ping’ field when I want to ping T.E.

    Are you getting any error messages in your activity log?

    both tools don’t seem to be working anymore. Any others that you know of?

    Hmm… I just used the second one 2 days ago. Maybe it’s just a temporary outage. I don’t know of any others
