I just took a look at what happened after-hours on Friday. Cigna (CI), Compuware (CPWR), and Crompton (CK) each decided to warn/lower guidance. It seems like every quarter there are a few companies that try to report bad news on the sly, when nobody’s looking. Surely this news was known on Thursday, or could have waited until Monday morning to be released. Moves like this are just weak!
