    Call me hasty but I think we may have gotten the dow breakout that has eluded us for so long.

    Vix dipped below 15 today, and big fat ugly outside reversal candles are still proving to be head-fakes. Feels like the bull’s still in charge.

    Of course this is an options expiry week, which often causes craziness.
