I think the bulls have to be happy with yesterday’s results. The market was able to rally back after gapping down on the raised terror alert level. Volume is still lacking though, so it’s hard to get real excited about this rally attempt.
Here’s a chart of NVTL which I’ve been watching for a pop above last week’s highs. I think it wants to break out of its cup & handle pattern.
