My internet connection finally came back up a little while ago. I see by the moves in names like TZOO, AIRT, HRT, CNLG, etc., that the momentum crew is back from vacation. The S&P and Dow are looking good as they both climbed away from their 200-day moving averages. But the NASDAQ is still much weaker than those indices. Within the technology sector the SOX is showing exceptional weakness. It’s gotta be tough to be bullish on technology with the SOX showing such weakness:

At the other extreme is the Banking index which has been on fire for the last month:

I think that the NASDAQ’s ability to hold its ground is impressive given how bad the SOX looks. It’ll be interesting to see if they sync up.
