Luna wanted a chart of Calpine. It’s had a very strong move up (53%) over the last week or so. That rally looks like a dead-cat bounce to me. The stock did bounce off of it’s current short-term trendline on Friday though. Maybe it can continue higher from here but I just don’t see any confirmation in my indicators. If I had to trade this stock I’d go long above the 20-day moving average and short below Friday’s low. (I can’t short stocks under $3 at my brokerage though.)
