Trade-Ideas just announced version 1.7 of Trade-Ideas Pro.
The history feature is now available and there is extensive video help to make it easy for users to get familiar with the new feature. Here is the video help link.
In order to get this new functionality you have to upgrade to the latest version of our software, Version 1.7. Here is the link to upgrade.
They also provide some useful tips on using the software (emphasis is mine):
As our userbase grows we would like to reiterate a common mistake that is made while using the software. The mistake is not knowing the difference bewteen an alert and a filter. There is a great FAQ we wrote on this topic here is the link:
http://www.trade-ideas.com/FAQ.html#Q23 (My note: That link points to the section entitled “Are the conditions combined with an “and” or an “or”?”. If you’re using a FireFox browser the link will not take you to that exact spot, you’ll need to scroll down)We often get receive questions about how come I did not see an alert for such and such a stock. Most often the answer lies in the filters that are selected. If you wonder how come you didn’t see BIDU or GOOG or something like that first check the Window Specific Filters that are set for your alert window. Something as minor as a spread maximum spread of 15 cents can easily keep volatile stocks out of your alerts window.
The only way to successfully configure an alert window and get results is using the history feature. We strongly recommend taking the time to learn how to use that functionality to test your alerts configuration.

I noticed all those links on the help pages not working right in Firefox. What’s up with that? Firefox supports those page anchors, right? That was part of HTML 0.1Beta.
I think their coding only works in IE. I use normal anchors on my sites with no problems at all in FireFox.
I use the “id” tag for mine, they use “name”. I’m no HTML expert, so I can’t explain what the deal is…
The web version of the code only works with IE. System Requirements
The original post was talking about Trade-Ideas Pro.
You can use the the links on this site with TI Pro. Start TI Pro, then select “Collaborate…” from the pop-up menu. Copy a link from this website (or anywhere else) into the “Collaborate” window and hit OK.
This also works in the other direction. If you have settings you want to share, copy the settings from the collaborate window, and post them to a blog or email them to a friend.
