Dual-Monitor AGP Video Card for Sale

If you or somebody you know is in the market for a video card that can support two monitors I’m selling my Matrox Millenium G400 Max on eBay. (I recently replaced it with a G450 Quad-Monitor card) Auction ends Saturday evening.

    Charles,

5 is possible but I’m only running two at the moment. I may add a third to the desktop before the year’s over though. I bought a third monitor right after I upgraded the video card but that same day I discovered that I could run 2 monitors off of my notebook, so the monitor ended up staying connected to that machine. So if I do add the third to the desktop I will have 5 monitors (including the notebook’s built-in monitor) on my desk and I don’t have space for more unless I double-deck them.

    Mike,

What made you decide on the Matrox G450 x4? Seems a bit pricey when you compare with something like the Colorgraphix Xentera GT4, which supports even higher digital resolution (1600×1200) and uses standard ATI drivers and chips. The only thing I don’t like about the Xentera is that it doesn’t support DirectX across all 4 monitors, but I would be suprised if the Matrox does either. Either way, enjoy your new card!

I didn’t even know about that the Colorgraphix card. I just stuck with Matrox b/c I like the brand. From the quick search I just did my Matrox card cast way less than the GT4. I paid around $300 for it.
