The beta of the latest version of Trade-Ideas is available for download. Non-subscribers can sign in using the username ‘DEMO’ and ‘DEMO’ as the password (here are the official directions for the free trial). Those in demo mode will have limited access, i.e. you’ll see only a few of the symbols within the alerts.
- This version has more options for sounds including custom sounds that you can make yourself! — For instance to maximize screen space, different sounds can be applied to different strategies (with few alerts generated for example), then minimized until the sound is triggered.
- It also has option for multiple generic connectors allowing you to link one alert window to one application or window while linking another to a completely different application or window.
- There is improved stability and the ability to access your account information from TI Pro. This integrates the useful account features previously available only from the website.
I’ve been looking forward to having the custom sounds feature. That’s going to save me a lot of head turning.
