Watchlist for August 1, 2006

Looks like the indices are going to open under yesterdays lows. I’m on the hunt for some of the recent dead cat bounces (like YHOO) to short today.

I wonder if *they* will rush into the blackout stocks today since power shortages are all over in the news.

Garmin got hit with a sell rating and a $75 target from Amtech. Of course, just when it’s starting to crack — it broke its 50-day moving average the other day — my broker suddenly has no shares to borrow. b-( ~X(
