Here’s a chart of Flamel Technologies S.A. (ADR) (NASDAQ:FLML) for Terry:
Obviously Flamel has been on fire the last several weeks. It’s up about 50% from the September lows and even hung tough after tonight’s earnings report. I’d certainly be holding on if I was already long but I don’t think this is a very good risk:reward spot for new positions. I’d prefer to try to snag some when the stochastics were (at least near) oversold and preferably close to a support zone — be it a trendline, a moving average or a horizontal support line.
