I’ve really gotta stop watching those late night NBA playoff games — I almost slept through the open today. We’ve got a little bit of a bounce this morning but I’m actually more interested in all the weak semiconductor stocks today…

Gapping down on weak earnings/guidance: HRT -26.3%, FRPT -4.0%, AMAT -3.9% (down in sympathy NVLS -3.6%, LRCX -2.4%, KLAC -2.3%, VSEA -1.9%, ASML -1.1%, TXN -0.7%), LTD -3.0% (also multiple downgrades)… Other news: SWAT -8.6% (discloses “going concern” language in 10-KSB), ATEA -4.1% (profit-taking after yesterday’s earnings-related gap up), EEP -3.8% (files for 5.3 mln share offering), ESLR -3.4% (files for 15 mln share secondary).

    Yeah but you really don’t want to miss tonight’s action….the Suns at home but with two men out, San Antonio closing in for the kill, it should be a good one!!

    Ok, with last nights game so close, the Suns should with the next game even though it is in San Antonio, there big guns will be back. Which means there will be a game 7 (I hope, my money is on the Suns) and you that should be quite quite a game!!

    I was really hoping the Suns would pull it out last night. Game 6 will probably be the must-see game of the playoffs.
